This role will sit within the Kelly Telecom business unit, and will report into the Digital Infrastructure Sales Lead. The position is remote, and we are specifically seeking candidates based in Major US Hubs (such as Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, and DC.)

The Senior Sales Consultant is accountable for:

Responsibilities:
  • Focus within the Data Center and AI Infrastructure verticals
  • As an experienced seller in your vertical industry of focus, you’ll solve our prospects’ workforce strategy and services challenges through selling outcome based deliverable Projects and Programs (including workforce advisory consulting) , and traditional contract, temp to hire and direct hire service lines
  • Initiate and conduct meetings with potential and current strategic business leaders experiencing or expecting growth related to the design, construction, advanced manufacturing (MEP and/or networking), commissioning, and network integration supporting data centers and AI infrastructure investments
  • Utilize research/data/technology and industry insights to help establish strategic relationships with Kelly across all of Kelly’s solutions
  • Nurture loyal relationships and understanding of the motivators and trends that drive growth
  • Qualify partnership potential and gain commitment from executives/decision-makers, and business line leaders, managers, etc.
  • Influence and partner with a team of specialized data center focused recruiters. We all work cohesively together to provide the best workforce solutions in the industry
  • Be accountable to the highest standards of activity, success, teamwork and ultimate production of results

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred (not required)
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven business-to-business sales, preferably in one or more data center and AI industry vertical
  • Solutions oriented, consultative and the ability to have a strategic sales approach
  • Be able to build long-term sales relationships with stakeholders
  • Be curious and passionate about solving the world’s most challenging engineering needs and connecting talented people with meaningful careers

Base pay range for this position is $100,000-150,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
