Mission
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to help us win and expand complex engagements across the data center ecosystem.
This role exists to translate customer needs into integrated, high-impact solutions—leveraging our capabilities across Engineering, Telecom, Technology, P&I, and RPO.
If successful, this person will:
- Elevate our credibility in customer engagements
- Increase win rates in complex, multi-service opportunities
- Help us move from transactional staffing to strategic solution delivery
What You’ll Do
Architect Solutions
- Translate customer needs into SOW-based and/or staffing solutions
- Design integrated, multi-service offerings across Engineering, Telecom, Technology, P&I, and RPO
Lead Technical Engagements
- Bring credibility and expertise into customer conversations
- Ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and guide solution direction
Champion “One Kelly”
- Coordinate capabilities across ETM and SETT to present a unified, seamless solution
- Align internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes that exceed customer expectations
Shape Deals (Not Prospecting)
- Partner with Account Executives as a co-pilot in deal strategy
- Support solution positioning, scope definition, and delivery approach
- Participate in proposals, SOW development, and client presentations
Build Repeatable Value
- Help develop frameworks and patterns for data center solutions
- Continuously refine how we package and deliver our capabilities
What Makes You a Fit
Experience & Background
- 10+ Years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, and/or Solutions Architecture
- Deep understanding of the data center lifecycle: Design ? Build ? Commissioning ? Operations
- Experience with data center operators, hyperscalers, telecom, or engineering firms
Capabilities
- Ability to connect customer problems to business outcomes
- Skilled at designing staffing-based and SOW-based solutions
- Strong executive presence and ability to earn trust quickly
- Comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments

How This Role Partners with Sales
- Not responsible for cold outreach or pipeline generation
- Engage in qualified opportunities (typically second meetings)
- Serve as technical subject matter expert (SME) across, data center development, critical infrastructure and technology to understand customer needs
- Act as Product Advisor and co-pilot to Account Executives to align deal strategy to Kelly’s solutions, and close

$140,000-$180,000
