Kelly Telecom – Powered by NextGen, GTA, and Motion TELCO is part of KELLY’s SETT (Science, Engineering, Technology, and Telecom) Business Unit. We are committed to providing state-of-the-art telecom engineering and deployment solutions for legacy, 5G, and private networks. We are a leading provider of comprehensive high-value engineering, technology, and business consulting solutions, and we deliver these through (1) staffing, (2) scope of work, and (3) direct hire services. Our collective purpose is to connect people to work that inspires them so that, together, we can provide customer solutions while advancing our diverse workforce and the communities we serve. We take the time to understand our client’s needs and match with our candidate’s experience, skillset, interests, and career aspirations to connect them with meaningful opportunities that achieve their short and long-term goals.
The Opportunity This isn't a cold-start territory — it's a portfolio of established accounts with real revenue history, existing relationships, and significant runway for growth. We're looking for a proven sales professional who understands the staffing and workforce solutions industry, excels at account expansion, and is energized by uncovering new opportunities within existing client relationships.
You'll inherit a strong foundation of business across Denver and the surrounding region, with a focus on organizations operating in the telecom, digital infrastructure, broadband, data center, network services, and technology sectors. The infrastructure, reputation, and client relationships are already in place. Your job is to deepen those relationships, expand our footprint, and drive new revenue growth.
In addition to staffing and workforce solutions, this role offers the opportunity to identify, develop, and sell Statement of Work (SOW) and project-based service engagements, helping clients solve broader business challenges while expanding our strategic value within their organizations.
