Our Digital Infrastructure Sales Leader reports directly to the SVP of Data Centers and is accountable for:
Base pay range for this position is $120,075 - $200,125 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

Our Digital Infrastructure Sales Leader reports directly to the SVP of Data Centers and is accountable for:
- Delivering top-line growth through leading, engaging and developing a team of sellers to successfully execute the Digital Infrastructure sales strategy.
- Driving a ‘One Kelly’ sales team creating overall demand for Workforce Strategy and Solutions through well-managed sales pipelines.
- Expanding and enhancing Kelly's business relationships and value creation with current portfolio, prospective and new customers to contribute to enhanced sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share.
- Maximizing sales and profit through effective contract and pricing negotiations.
- HS Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading staffing, workforce solutions, and solutions-based sales within the Digital Infrastructure ecosystem, including data centers, hyperscalers, AEC firms, MEP manufacturers, systems integrators, QA/QC firms, rack-and-stack providers, and IT/network services companies.
- 5+ years’ experience in people management.
- Seasoned solution-selling professional, experienced in selling to high-level contacts virtually and in person.
- Knowledge to build and deliver marketing content, sales presentation decks and formal proposals that align with the growth strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to learn about new products, drive a sales team, forecast and meet budget targets.
- Firm understanding of account prospecting and mapping, customer discovery meetings, building a long-term account growth strategy, and overcoming customer objections and challenges to account expansion.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills with both internal and external contacts.
- Keen sense of the consultative sales process.
- Solid knowledge of service offerings and internal corporate structures.
- High level of financial acumen.
- Lead an industry-focused sales team to drive demand for Digital Infrastructure Workforce Strategy and Solutions to build sustainable, profitable growth.
- Clearly communicates roles and responsibilities and holds the team accountable for delivering results. Instill a growth mindset and sense of urgency in the sales team. Drive collaboration among individuals, teams, and across the enterprise. Provide feedback and coaching to the team to ensure growth and sales expectations are being met. Provide regular constructive feedback and development discussions with employees.
- Drive efficiency in sales activities and tools used to from customer prospecting, through lead generation and ultimately opportunity pipeline delivery.
