Job Duties:

  • Work closely with the recruiting teams to ensure timely deployment of top talent to the client
  • Build and prioritize strategic target client/contact lists
  • Schedule meetings through cold calling and thoughtful outreach
  • Qualify new opportunities by identifying key decision makers, stakeholders, and overall scope of projects
  • Achieve monthly objectives by closing new business consistently at or above revenue goals
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to ongoing account expansion
  • Network and maintain relationships with key clients and talent communities for short/long term opportunities

 

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED is required; Degree is preferred
  • 3+ years sales or recruiting experience in staffing or solution industry
  • Experience in the Tech arena (i.e. – Telecom, IT, etc.) preferred
  • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts
