Technical Project Manager IV

Lead complex technology initiatives that span multiple projects, teams, and business priorities. As a Project Manager IV, you’ll bring structure to enterprise-wide programs by developing delivery plans, coordinating engineering and business stakeholders, tracking progress, and keeping projects aligned with strategic goals. You’ll help guide initiatives from planning through deployment while ensuring requirements, timelines, and resources remain connected.
This role is built for an experienced Agile leader who knows how to keep momentum across a complicated project portfolio. You’ll coach teams on effective Scrum practices, work with senior stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, identify risks before they become delays, and help technical teams deliver solutions that are reliable and sustainable. If you lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and enjoy bringing people together around a shared outcome, this position offers the chance to influence large-scale technology delivery.
· 10+ years of project or program management experience in Agile environments
· Experience managing complex, enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and delivery practices
· Experience with Scrum, Agile coaching, and servant leadership
· Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience
· Experience managing technical service, engineering, software, or infrastructure programs
· Experience coordinating multiple engineering and development teams
· Experience supporting enterprise IT portfolios and strategic initiatives
· Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management experience
· Experience improving deployment processes and long-term service sustainability
· Project Management certification
· Manage complex technology programs made up of multiple projects and workstreams
· Develop program strategies, business cases, roadmaps, and high-level delivery plans
· Coordinate engineering, development, deployment, IT, and business teams
· Track KPIs, milestones, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and budgets
· Coach teams on Agile processes, Scrum values, and effective delivery practices
· Communicate program direction, changes, progress, and risks to senior stakeholders

· Maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and delivery expectations
· Coordinate project managers, engineering teams, business partners, and deployment groups
· Review KPIs, risks, dependencies, decisions, and open issues
· Coach teams on Agile practices and support effective Scrum delivery
· Communicate progress, priorities, changes, and risks to leadership
· Adjust plans and priorities as business needs evolve
· Identify roadblocks and drive mitigation strategies through completion
· Ensure requirements and design decisions support successful deployment and sustainable operations
