Technical Program Manager IV

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in complexity and enjoys influencing at the executive level. You’ll own high-visibility programs, partner directly with senior business and IT leaders, and play a critical role in shaping how technology enables business outcomes. What You Will Be Doing
- Lead one or more highly complex, enterprise wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects
- Develop program strategy, business cases, and high-level project plans
- Ensure integration across projects and proactively adjust scope, timelines, and budgets
- Track key milestones and provide guidance to Project Managers to ensure delivery
- Communicate program direction, status, and changes to IT and business leadership
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize IT-driven opportunities
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on project/program management experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing project managers or project teams
- Proven experience managing large, complex, enterprise wide IT programs
- Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, scope, and risk across multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills with executive and senior leadership
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience managing IT portfolios with multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience working in matrixed or enterprise-scale environments
- Background partnering with business leaders to prioritize technology initiatives
- Experience mentoring or leading project managers
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
