We are looking for an IT Program Manager based in Philadelphia, PA, supporting a large enterprise organization undergoing complex technology and business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on leading enterprise wide IT programs that span multiple projects, stakeholders, and technology platforms, driving alignment between business strategy and IT delivery.

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in complexity and enjoys influencing at the executive level. You’ll own high-visibility programs, partner directly with senior business and IT leaders, and play a critical role in shaping how technology enables business outcomes. What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead one or more highly complex, enterprise wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects
  • Develop program strategy, business cases, and high-level project plans
  • Ensure integration across projects and proactively adjust scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Track key milestones and provide guidance to Project Managers to ensure delivery
  • Communicate program direction, status, and changes to IT and business leadership
  • Partner with senior business leaders to identify and prioritize IT-driven opportunities
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on project/program management experience
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing project managers or project teams
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, enterprise wide IT programs
  • Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, scope, and risk across multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills with executive and senior leadership

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience managing IT portfolios with multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Experience working in matrixed or enterprise-scale environments
  • Background partnering with business leaders to prioritize technology initiatives
  • Experience mentoring or leading project managers
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
