We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX, supporting a leading global telecommunications and wireless network organization. This is an onsite position, 5 days per week, focused on sales operations, financial management, project execution, forecasting, and customer account support for regional wireless operators. The role will manage the complete operational lifecycle from quotes and purchase orders through invoicing, billing, revenue forecasting, and project financial performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, finance, project management, and wireless telecommunications. You will have visibility across customer accounts and work closely with sales, engineering, service operations, finance, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate understands how to manage complex customer agreements, project P&L, budgets, change orders, and contractual obligations while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience· Bachelor's degree with 4–8 years of financial and operational management experience
· Project management experience
· Strong experience with sales operations, financial operations, or business operations
· Experience managing quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and billing
· Experience with project setup, execution, schedules, budgets, and P&L management
· Experience reviewing revenue forecasts, costs, and expenditures
· Experience managing contractual obligations, amendments, and change orders
· Strong customer-facing and client management experience
· Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Operations
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
· Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools
· Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Plano, TX
· Telecommunications or wireless network industry experience
· Previous sales operations or business development experience supporting a regional wireless operator
· Experience supporting Viaero Wireless or similar regional network operators
· Experience managing complex customer contracts and commercial agreements
· Experience with process improvement and operational optimization
· Ability to prepare and present project and financial updates to executive management
