This is a full-time opportunity based in the United States supporting the Enterprise Compliance organization. The role focuses on implementing and integrating a risk assessment AI tool within the broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira, MS Project, and other workflow platforms to ensure seamless system integration and project execution.

Contract Duration: Full-time / Permanent

Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years of experience managing system implementation or integration projects
· Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into actionable requirements
· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk, and legal
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
· Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
· Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems
· Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
· Experience supporting risk management or compliance-focused initiatives
· Experience with workflow and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)

Daily Responsibilities
· Drive day-to-day execution of GRC system implementation and integration
· Partner with compliance, risk, legal, and technology teams to gather and refine requirements
· Translate business processes into clear requirements, workflows, and user stories
· Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks
· Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and provide status updates
· Develop and maintain project artifacts, including requirements, workflows, and test scripts
· Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
· Ensure alignment across stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and within scope
