Lead the delivery of network projects that help modernize and strengthen telecommunications infrastructure. As a Network Project Manager, you’ll coordinate engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to build project plans, manage schedules, resolve issues, and keep complex deployments moving from planning through completion.

This role is a strong fit for someone who can bring structure to technical work while keeping people aligned around deadlines and deliverables. You’ll manage multiple projects at once, influence decisions across different leadership levels, and help teams improve the way network initiatives are planned and executed. A solid understanding of telecommunications, network technologies, and business processes will help you make an immediate impact.

Required Skills & Experience

· 4–5 years of project management experience

· Experience leading multiple complex projects through successful completion

· Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, networks, and related business processes

· Proven ability to develop project plans, timelines, schedules, and delivery strategies

· Excellent verbal, written, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Desired Skills & Experience

· Experience managing network deployment or infrastructure modernization projects

· Familiarity with telecommunications provisioning, network inventory, or service delivery systems

· Experience coordinating circuit, loop, access, or connectivity delivery

· Strong interpersonal and team-building skills

· Ability to influence decisions and initiatives across multiple leadership levels

· Experience identifying process improvements that increase productivity and efficiency

What You Will Be Doing

· Manage the deployment of current and next-generation network technologies

· Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, milestones, and delivery requirements

· Coordinate engineering, operations, business, and external stakeholders

· Track risks, dependencies, issues, and commitments through resolution

· Ensure projects remain aligned with internal goals and customer expectations

· Recommend process and delivery improvements that support more efficient network deployments

· 25% Project Planning, Scheduling, and Delivery Tracking

· 20% Stakeholder Coordination and Communication

· 15% Issue, Risk, and Dependency Resolution

· 10% Process Improvement and Project Reporting

Daily Responsibilities

· Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery documentation

· Coordinate meetings, working sessions, stakeholder updates, and follow-ups

· Track risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and open action items

· Partner with technical teams to monitor network deployment progress

· Resolve delivery challenges and escalate concerns when needed

· Communicate project status, priorities, changes, and next steps
