This is a chance to help shape a mission-critical product from the ground up, turning complex national security challenges into clear, intuitive workflows used by operators, government program offices, and industry partners. They’re looking for a thoughtful mid-level designer who enjoys asking the right questions, conducting user research, defining requirements, and partnering directly with product and engineering to solve meaningful problems.
Required Skills and Experience
- Mid-level experience in product design, UX design, or interaction design.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- Experience conducting user research, gathering user insights, and translating findings into practical product improvements.
- Experience with requirements gathering and definition, including clarifying business, user, and technical needs.
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or complex internal tools.
- Background working with products that support government, defense, national security, or other highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with workflows involving multiple user groups, including operators, program offices, external partners, or cross-organizational teams.
- Experience translating complex or technical information into simple, intuitive user experiences.
