This is a full-time opportunity based in the United States with a leading industrial construction company. The role focuses on overseeing and managing industrial boiler projects from erection to maintenance, ensuring technical execution, safety, and project profitability. The position requires hands-on field leadership and expertise in heavy industrial construction, mechanical systems, and boiler installation technology.

Required Skills & Experience
· 10–20+ years of construction experience
· 5+ years in a Construction Manager, Superintendent, or equivalent field leadership role
· Direct experience in industrial boiler or power-generation construction (commercial/residential only is not sufficient)
· Proven track record managing boiler erection or replacement projects, pressure-part installation, welding scopes, and brownfield/operating plant construction
· Experience managing outages with compressed schedules and multiple contractors on projects ranging from $10M–$100M+
· Deep technical understanding of boiler erection sequencing, pressure-part installation tolerances, structural steel supports, heavy rigging, and crane operations
· Strong safety leadership, including working at heights, confined space entry, hot work, heavy lifts, and energy isolation/LOTO
· Experience in planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and labor/productivity management
· Excellent communication skills for stakeholders, clients, and field teams
Desired Skills & Experience
· Familiarity with weld quality inspections, temporary systems (scaffolding, access), and tight-clearance/high-elevation work
· Experience with schedule development, recovery planning, and change management
· Experience developing superintendents, field engineers, and future leaders
· Ability to manage both union and non-union craft labor and subcontractors

Daily Responsibilities
· Direct and oversee field construction activities and large outage projects
· Execute work plans coordinating engineering, procurement, and field execution
· Monitor project P&L, budgets, and schedules
· Staff project sites and manage labor productivity
· Ensure contract compliance, company policies, and ethics standards
· Represent the company in labor relations and contract negotiations when needed
· Develop and mentor field personnel and future leaders
· Communicate project issues and status to clients and management
