Design Engineer IV

Bring your experience to a Design Engineer IV role focused on creating new products and improving existing designs. You’ll work alongside engineering and production teams to evaluate performance, reliability, and cost efficiency while helping move designs from concept through completion. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful product improvements in a collaborative engineering environment.
The right candidate is a seasoned design professional who enjoys solving practical engineering challenges and finding ways to make products more reliable, efficient, and effective. You’ll combine technical judgment with cross-functional collaboration, helping ensure designs meet quality expectations and production stays on track.
· 8+ years of experience in design engineering or a related field
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related specialty—or equivalent experience
· Experience designing new products and improving existing products
· Knowledge of commonly used engineering concepts, practices, and procedures
· Experience evaluating products, components, or processes for reliability and cost efficiency
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Experience working closely with manufacturing or production teams
· Familiarity with product evaluation, testing, or design validation
· Experience identifying opportunities to improve product quality or efficiency
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Ability to follow established engineering guidelines while applying sound technical judgment
· Design new products and make improvements to existing products
· Evaluate products, components, and processes for reliability and cost efficiency
· Work with engineering and production teams to support timely completion
· Review designs and recommend improvements where appropriate
· Apply established engineering practices, procedures, and technical guidelines
· Support product development activities from design through production
