We are seeking a Data Analyst II to support a regional audit team focused on compliance, asset management, and sales quality across large-scale operations. This role sits at the intersection of business performance and data validation—ensuring KPIs, reporting, and operational metrics are accurate, aligned, and actionable.
This is not a traditional SQL-heavy analyst role. Instead, it’s a high-impact audit and insights position where your ability to identify inconsistencies, validate performance, and influence decision-making will directly impact business outcomes. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover trends, flag risks, and drive operational improvements across the region.

Contract Details- Duration: Contract (long-term potential)
- Start: ASAP (quick turnaround post background check)
- Schedule: Standard business hours with occasional flexibility
- 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, audit, compliance, or business operations
- Strong background in compliance auditing, asset management, or sales quality analysis
- Experience working with KPIs, performance metrics, and trend analysis
- Ability to identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and root causes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
- Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks and performance baselining
- Experience with JIRA or similar project tracking tools
- Exposure to visualization tools (Tableau or similar), but not required
- Conduct regional audits focused on compliance, asset integrity, and sales quality performance
- Analyze KPI trends and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Validate data accuracy and investigate inconsistencies or anomalies
- Partner with stakeholders to align on findings and drive corrective actions
- Translate analysis into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations
- Support development of audit methodologies and standardized reporting processes
- Track workstreams, deliverables, and progress using JIRA
- Present findings and insights to leadership in a clear and compelling manner
