Business Analyst I

We are seeking a Business Analyst I to help teams improve the way they work through practical technology solutions. You’ll partner with business and IT teams to understand day-to-day challenges, gather requirements, document processes, and help move projects from initial ideas through implementation.
If you’re someone who likes asking “why do we do it this way?” and finding a better answer, this is a great opportunity to build your Business Analyst career. You’ll have a hand in improving processes, exploring automation opportunities, and helping teams get more value from their technology, all while developing experience across both business operations and IT.
Required Skills & Experience· 1–3 years of relevant technical or business experience
· Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
· Ability to create functional specifications and process documentation
· Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience
· Experience with business process analysis or improvement
· Familiarity with workflow automation
· Understanding of IT systems and technology solutions, including Jira and Confluence
· Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams
· Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand needs and priorities
· Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
· Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation
· Support process documentation, solution planning, and implementation activities
· Help communicate changes and ensure solutions address business needs
